Contact the desk
One address, and a short list of what we can usefully help with. Corrections are the messages we act on fastest.
The address
Write to [email protected]. It is read by the editorial desk and nobody else. There is no contact form on this site, because a form collects data we have no reason to hold and adds a dependency that could break without anyone noticing.
Please include the URL of the page you are writing about and quote the exact sentence in question. A message that says a page is wrong without saying which part is wrong takes longer to resolve than one that quotes a line and explains the problem in two sentences.
What is useful to send
- A factual error, with the page URL, the sentence, and ideally a primary source that shows the correct position.
- A protocol change on Solana or at a venue that makes something on the site out of date.
- A broken link, a page that fails to load, or a table that cannot be read on your device.
- A question about the method itself: how a criterion should be applied to a situation we did not describe.
What we decline
We do not accept products for review, so a submission asking us to test a tool will be declined politely. We do not publish sponsored articles, paid placements, guest posts or links purchased under any description, and we do not respond to pricing enquiries about them. We do not add a product to a list in exchange for anything, since there are no lists.
We also cannot mediate a dispute with a vendor. If a tool took your money and delivered nothing, the useful records are the ones the test protocol tells you to keep: transaction signatures, exports, and the written answers you collected before paying. We have no relationship with any operator that would let us intervene on your behalf.
Replies
Corrections are answered. Method questions are answered when the answer is likely to help other readers, and the answer sometimes appears as an addition to a page rather than as an email. Commercial enquiries usually are not answered, because a reply invites a second message and the answer is already published here.
If you are reporting something urgent, such as a page serving the wrong content, say so in the subject line. Everything else is handled in order.
What happens to your message
Email you send is retained only as long as it takes to deal with it, and is never passed to a vendor or a third party. If your message leads to a change on a page, the change is described without identifying you unless you have explicitly asked to be credited. The site's general data practices are set out in the privacy notice.
